I am property owner looking to rent my property. How can you help me?

How much commission do you charge?

Instead of working on percentage value of deal, we prefer working on absolute pricing which suits us as well as our customers looking at long term relationship.

Do I have to pay commission every time I renew rental agreement?

If you are renewing the agreement at same place, we charge nominal fees to keep our team motivated to support you throughout the stay. It helps us in better serving you in case any issues crop up. This applies to both – property owners and tenants.

What happens after I contact you?

Our team will get in touch with you to understand and note down all the requirements. We shortlist best options and share with you for review.

We will be relocating from another city to Mumbai/Thane. How can you support us?

Depending on your workplace location, budget and other requirements, we suggest you the best locality for stay. We also provide information regarding schools for your kids.

Do you also help in PG accomodation?

Yes, we do assist in PG accommodation also.

What if we face some problem after shifting to newly rented property?

We believe in long term cordial relationship with our customers. In case of any problems, we assist you in our best capacity to resolve the issues. We are with you even after you rent the property.
